Rebecca advises international and Indonesian clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, Indonesian corporate and other regulatory matters, joint ventures and foreign investment.

- CVC on its c.US$155 million acquisition of a significant minority stake in Samator Indo Gas Tbk (formerly Aneka Gas Industri), a leading Indonesian listed industrial and medical gas company
- Inchcape, on its ongoing acquisition of the Indonesian manufacturing and distribution subsidiaries of Mercedes-Benz and joint venture with Indomobil Group
- Ant Financial on its initial investments in Bukalapak, an Indonesian listed online marketplace group, and Elang Andalan Nusantara, a holding company of DANA, a leading Indonesian payment services company
- Silk Road Fund on its investments in Kimia Farma Apotek, an Indonesian pharmaceutical company, through a consortium with the Indonesia Investment Authority (INA), Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund

Background
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Indonesia and Master of Laws in Commercial Law from Erasmus University of Rotterdam. Prior to joining the firm, she was corporate secretary at a listed Indonesian finance group.
