- XL Axiata and Indosat Ooredoo relating to possible structures for the first 4G LTE network sharing agreement, including drafting competition guidelines
- Sime Darby Healthcare on its acquisition of shares owned by Ramsay in PT Affinity, a company owning and managing three hospitals in Indonesia, including its joint venture arrangement with Ramsay
Background
Randitya graduated from University of Indonesia, majoring in Business Law, and joined the firm in 2010. He continued his studies in 2014 at Lund University in Sweden, focusing on Competition Law, returning to the firm in 2015.
