Paskalia Deviani
Paskalia is an Indonesian corporate lawyer who advises on M&A transactions and project developments in the oil and gas, energy and natural resources, power, construction and infrastructure sectors.
She also regularly advises international and Indonesian clients on their day-to-day operational regulatory matters and foreign investment in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
Paskalia is a Senior Associate (effective 1 July 2023) in our top-ranked energy and infrastructure practice in Jakarta. She has extensive experience in the oil and gas, energy and natural resources, power, construction and infrastructure sectors.
Paskalia is part of Herbert Smith Freehills’ global energy and infrastructure practice, and has spent time on secondment with the Indonesian subsidiary of a Japanese trading house providing general Indonesian corporate and foreign investment regulatory advice.
