Harris focuses on complex litigation and employment matters. He has represented national and international companies in civil litigation, land disputes, state administrative disputes, and the enforcement of foreign arbitral awards through Indonesian courts. 

He routinely provides employment advice to clients, assistance and guidance on internal investigations, grievances and disciplinary matters, and represents them in employment terminations.  Harris has been recognised as a Next Generation Partner for Labour & Employment by Legal500 Asia Pacific 2024.

Harris also specialises in real estate matters. He has broad experience in handling land acquisitions across Indonesia, including acting for property and power plant developers on their land acquisitions. He has also represented a wide range of clients on their land disputes.

Harris is a graduate of the University of Trisakti in Indonesia (SH) and Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam in the Netherlands (LL.M). He speaks Indonesian and English.
