Adhit advises both Indonesian and international clients on their Indonesian investment structuring, cross-border investments, regulatory compliance and transactions – including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and project developments – in the energy, renewables, transport infrastructure, logistics and natural resources sectors. He provides commercially focused legal advice and a solutions-oriented approach to navigating complex regulatory and transactional issues.
Adhit has extensive experience advising sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, and institutional investors on high-value transactions and projects in Indonesia. He supports clients across the full transaction lifecycle, from foreign investment structuring and regulatory approvals through to execution and post-closing.
Adhit has acted on complex cross-border investments, platform creations and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across the energy, infrastructure, and resources sectors and is well-versed in the Indonesian regulatory framework and associated licensing requirements, including those relating to state-owned enterprises and public-private partnerships.

- Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) on its investment in the Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar and Medan-Binjai toll roads in North and South Sumatera with a total enterprise value of ~US$1.3 billion (IJ Investor Transport Acquisition Award Asia Pacific 2023)
- PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk on its US$715 million IPO and listing on the IDX, in one of Indonesia’s largest IPOs (IPO Deal of the Year, ALB Indonesia Law Awards 2023)
- Consortium of ADIA, APG and INA on the investment cooperation with Waskita Karya for two sections of the Trans Java Toll Road (Kanci-Pejagan and Pejagan-Pemalang) with a total transaction value in excess of US$1 billion, and in the creation of an Indonesian toll road investment platform (IJ Investor Transport Acquisition Award Asia Pacific 2024)
