The ICC International Court of Arbitration has appointed Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung partner Debby Sulaiman as a Court Member for Indonesia.
Debby has been appointed to a three-year term from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2027.
Founded in 1923, the International Court of Arbitration is the world’s leading arbitral institution.
"We're delighted that Debby's expertise has been recognised by the Court through this prestigious appointment," said Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung managing partner Tjahjadi Bunjamin.
"As one of only two Court Members for Indonesia, Debby will be an outstanding representative of both the country and our profession, contributing both her international expertise and a deep understanding of the Asia region."
